Splendido spazioso e luminoso appartamento di circa 115mq con tre camere da letto e con due bagni nel quartiere di Trastevere, uno dei più belli e caratteristici quartieri di Roma e a pochi passi da Piazza San Cosimato. Via Dandolo conosciuta anche come la strada degli architetti perché nel 1883 fu oggetto di urbanizzazione con progetti dei migliori architetti della allora scena romana. Inoltre Via Dandolo si trova fuori dai luoghi notturni della movida di Trastevere quindi silenzioso.
L'appartamento è posto al terzo piano con ascensore ed è composto da 3 camere da letto, un soggiorno, due bagni, una cucina ed un ampio corridoio. Entrando in casa si è accolti da questo lungo corridoio, subito a destra si trova la prima camera da letto con due letti singoli che possono essere uniti per fare un letto matrimoniale su richiesta, a seguito c'è il soggiorno e la seconda camera da letto. In fondo al corridoio c'è un bagno con la vasca . A sinistra del corridoio ci sono la cucina, il secondo bagno con cabina doccia e la terza camera da letto. All'ingresso dell'edificio si trova una scala di 8 gradini prima di raggiungere l'ascensore.Gli affacci son interni. L'arredamento è un misto tra moderno ed anni 60/70 e gli spazi molto ampi ed accoglienti.

Splendid, spacious and bright 115sqm flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the Trastevere neighbourhood, one of the most beautiful and characteristic neighbourhoods of Rome and only a few steps away from Piazza San Cosimato. Via Dandolo is also known as the architects' street because in 1883 it was subject to urbanisation with projects by the best architects of the then Roman scene. In addition, Via Dandolo is located outside the nightlife spots of Trastevere and is therefore quiet.
The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a wide hallway. Entering the house you are greeted by this wide hallway, immediately to the right is the first bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed on request, following is the living room and the second bedroom. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with a bathtub . To the left of the corridor are the kitchen, the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom. When entering the building there is a staircase with 8 steps before reaching the elevator. The apartment faces on an interior courtyard. The decor is a mixture of modern and 60s/70s and the spaces are very spacious and cozy.
