Located in the heart of the city, we offer a welcoming and spacious two-room apartment with an internal courtyard. Large and independent solution, ideal for workers or tourists to enjoy a peaceful stay in total privacy. Thanks to this strategically located space you won't have to give up anything.
The structure is inside a building easily accessible by car with parking available in the internal courtyard.
The apartment consists of:
- Living area with sofa bed and kitchenette
- Double bedroom
- Bathroom with all comforts
All expenses are included in the offer amount:
- City tax
- Air conditioning
- Heating
- Sheets and linen service
- Wi-Fi (1 GB fiber service)
- Clothes iron and ironing board (on request)
- TV (including Netflix)
- Internal bike/car parking
With the Day Use service, by requesting it is possible to have the "Romance KIT":
- Scented candles / aromatherapy
- Sparkling wine / prosecco in the fridge already chilled
- Setup for special occasions (e.g. Valentine's Day, anniversaries...)

ECONOMIC SOLUTION: Day Use - 65 EURO (generally from 3 to 5 hours in central time of the day)
1 DAY - 250 EUROS
FROM 3 DAYS ONWARDS - STARTING FROM 195 EUROS PER DAY
