Cerco qualcuno che subentri. L'appartamento e gestito da DoveVivo e nel prezzo e tutto incluso, sia eletricità che riscaldamento come anche W-Lan (Wi-Fi). Anche assistito per manutenzioni (nel caso fosse necessario) e tutti i giorni c'è anche una portinaia che assiste la struttura.
Il complesso del palazzo è una struttura del medioevo completamento ristrutturato e nuovo.
C'è cucina, lavatrice, frigorifero, lavastoviglie ed un parcheggio libero si trovo proprio davanti al complesso.
Ci sono diverse linee di autobus che giungano al centro.

I have to leave this beautiful fully furnished apartment with a beautiful terrace and everything included for work reasons.
I'm looking for someone to take over. The apartment is managed by DoveVivo and everything is included in the price, both electricity and heating as well as W-Lan (Wi-Fi). Also assisted for maintenance (if necessary) and every day there is also a concierge who assists the structure.
The palace complex is a completely renovated and new medieval structure.
There is a kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and a free parking lot right in front of the complex.
There are several bus lines that reach the centre.
