The Praktica IV is a 35mm fixed pentaprism SLR with an M42 thread mount and was actually the first Praktica to have a fixed pentaprism and a fast-forward lever (on the bottom); furthermore, it is the last model marketed by KW on its own, before the company was absorbed by Pentacon.
Mechanically the proposed camera works and, with a Pentacon 4/200mm (without mushrooms), it is a nice pair.
Aesthetically it is in good condition, with slight signs of wear: a detachment of the skin on the pentaprism and a few
grains of dust (normal in a 65 year old object); in any case it can stand out in a shop window, in a collection. The camera has not been used with film. The photos are part of the description.
