Hello! My name is Mina and I live in the heart of the oldest neighborhood of Rome, "Rione Monti"in Via Urbana (one of seven ways Jubilee). Of my tiny flat I love the colors. It's my nest where to enjoy and relax. My apartment is small but full of colors and comfort. The tiny house was completely renovated a few years ago, so it's quite new! :-) This little place is precious EVERYTHING IS HANDMADE! It's really unique. It was designed and built all custom. 14 square meters really well organized. There is a loft bed with a good mattress (memory foam size 140x 190). You will find a small kitchen with fridge and freezer, an electric oven and everything you need for cooking. In the small bathroom there is a sink with shelf and mirror, the toilet and the shower. I provide towels, hair dryer and bathroom amenities. Inside the house there is storage rather capacious. 23 funny boxes where you can put your clothes or whatever you want! During the Summertime, with the fan you'll find there, You're not gonna die from the heat!! :-) The flat is not so appropriate for people taller than 1.90m and may not be suitable for elderly guests, as accessing the bed requires climbing stairs, and a minimum level of agility is needed.
FOR THE SAFETY REASONS there is a wait restriction of 170kg for my loft bad.
