Published to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of the group's birth, the title is inspired by a line from the song Have a Cigar from the album Wish You Were Here: "The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think / Oh, by the way , which one's Pink?" (“The band is just amazing, that's exactly what I think/ Oh, by the way, which one of you is Pink?”).
The cover of the box set, created by Storm Thorgerson, is a box with rectangular faces. On the two larger faces there are two chambers, one red and one yellow:
The pink room contains a bass guitar, a drum cymbal, a rectangular photo of Roger Waters, a round photo of Nick Mason, a goblet filled with water and a black bowler hat on a chair.
The yellow room contains almost the same objects, with the following differences: the bowler hat has become a wide-brimmed hat, the glass is full of wine, the bass has become a guitar, the drum cymbal has disappeared and on the chair there is even a scarf. The rectangular photo contains David Gilmour, the round photo contains Richard Wright.
Both chambers contain a mirror that shows the other chamber (Droste Effect), while in the chambers shown in the mirrors it is possible to notice a shadow.
The box set includes a poster created by Storm Thorgerson with 40 images of Pink Floyd
